1st day in Kentucky, couldn't have been any worse!

Stressed! Very Stressed!

On top of that, drive through girl forgot my burger and only gave me salad and fries!

FML to the max!

Not often do I blog about movies but I'm making an exception this time. I saw James Cameron's Avatar yesterday on IMAX 3D and I was blown away! The visuals were breathtaking. The story was cliche but I bought into it anyways. The characters were all very likable. You should definitely watch this movie in 3D! It's worth every damn penny.

(no subject)

I've realized that I haven't updated since end of August... September was a blur. Nothing really worth noting. I guess the only accomplishment is that I booked all the flights within SE Asia and got my vaccinations. Still yet to book the hotels.

Started reading again, finished a book called A Brief History of Mankind. The one I'm currently reading is I, Claudius.

to knoxville

Sitting in DC airport right now waiting to fly to Knoxville. Called dave and chatted for a bit. Congratulated him on his achievement. Took him 3 years but he managed and is now on his way to become a full time liar. Can't blame him, the money is good being a lawyer for those corporate pigs. I mean they've only caused the global recession through lies and deception that's pretty normal right?

I'll see you in Knoxville.

And here I am....

After 14 hours of travelling, including a flight from Calgary to Chicago at 8am, 4 hours layover in Chicago, 2 hour flight from Chicago to Memphis and finally an hour drive from Memphis to Jackson, I finally arrived at Mariott Courtyard in Jackson. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised at the room I got. King size bed, free internet and a 36 inch LCD with cable was definitely enough to satisfy my needs.

Had a huge sushi dinner with Marty at the local Fuji Yama. Right now I'm just chiling in my room getting settled in while spending some time on MSN.
